The staff was AMAZING. They handled a small issue with great care. The room was very clean upon arrival. The rooftop swimming pool offered a refreshing escape after a long day.
The air conditioning unit was quite noisy. It cycled on and off, a bit disruptive. the curtains did NOT fully block the light. The location required some travel to reach main attractions.

The staff provided tuktuk service to the skytrain, convenient.
The air conditioning was problematic. It made excessive noise as if wind was blowing in. The system also cycled on and off constantly, disrupting sleep. The curtains did not fully close and allowed too much light into the room.
